These are gold for gym goers. Compared to Amul, these are almost always in stock as barely 5-10% of people know these products are available in Jan Aushadhi Kendra.
Unfortunately as per JA app it's out of stock in all stores in my city. Probably gotta give my neighborhood store guy advance and ask him to import.

I have official JA app. As per it no store in my city has whey box.
Just enter med combo / whey / vitamin etc it will show stock availability in nearby store pretty accurately.

Jan ausadhi multivitamin with zinsang is a high selling product . Though multivitamin is something one should nt be too much depended upon , if at all anyone taking multivitamin you must check the folic acid content. Folic acid content of more than 400mcg has a potential to cause cancer and other issues . On the other hand if it is folate acid , it is extracted from natural sources and it's harmless . Good thing about janausadhi multivitamin is it contains only 50mcg of folic acid .. Cost is only rs 33 for 10 capsules .. Beside a bit awkward smell of the capsule cover it's a good product .

Are these safe for consumption for a regular guy? Which one can be consumed safely?
Else what should be the daily lifestyle before consuming these?

Yeah whey is pretty much safe. Some people might have lose motion due to lactose intolerance issue. Half scoop for normal guy who doesn't do exercise. 1 for moderately exercising. One can also take fortune soya chunk for balanced intake.

Multivitamins + calcium Tablet biweekly+ D3 weekly dose capsules.

If you don't go to gym , don't do any kind of heavy workout and consume eggs , chicken , milk etc ..I don't see why you ll need whey protein .

Regarding multivitamin , I take those when I am outside home . At home my breakfast after workout is quiet healthy involving eggs , milk , sprouts , fruits . My body best absorbe nutrition in the morning , for rest of the day I just eat for the shake of eating . So usually I don't take multivitamin at home or take occasionally.

Thanks for the update. I am not concerned about Whey Protein at all as I don't consume it. I just wanted to know about the Multi-Vitamins. Every time I go for health checkup, they will mention in report to start using Multi-Vitamins.
