GTRE GTX 35VS Kaveri

As of now only the US has officially mastered material tech permitting TET > 2100°C . From what I understand the French are now developing / testing this tech .
SAFRAN already mastered 2100°C. There were 2 R&D efforts, at least, to do so : Turennes 1 and 2.
The goal for the SCAF jet is to have an engine that works somewhere between 2100 and 2200°

It is a main indian problem : not enough money in R&D, and a lack of long term support for some projects.

To have a strong engine industry, you have to invest a lot, and for so many years, before harvesting.

France made a huge effort in the 70's and 80's, and since, to reduce the gap with US technology in engine. ATAR was late on US engine. M53 less, and M88 on par.
See how the cinese struggled to be only able to copy and paste russian engines.... India don't want to pay the bill. A huge bill regardless who help it (GE, PW, R&R, Klimov, Saturn, Safran).
Look Indian Bean counters are not stupid. They wont get the Hot core technology, processes and machinery knowhow even after spending insane money they are asking. Period. Thats why Govt, Armed Forces and even DRDO to some extent is not excited. Had there been deep technical know how on anvil and a join plan on manufacturing family of engines for future being proposed for joint aircrafts missions - it would have made strong sense for venture. Right now what seems (foolishly) all eggs and hopes are in future GE engine manufacturing facility in India.

Can you get the technicalities. As far as I know, its Blade Material + Cooling Channels Mechanism + Coatings that are 3 Pillars of Turbofan. I presume the F-135's is 5th-Gen Superalloy + EBM + EBPVD, feel free to refute about it. What about M58? and what about France's progress until now regarding this to reach beyond 2000C?

I don't have the details. Not my job, not my knowldge.
I just know that the SCAF engine will be with variable cycle, thrust in the 125Kn with AB and the hot core >>2000° (as Turenne 2 goal was 2000°, and a success).

All those interested kindly bookmark this & the previous post. This slide here provides comprehemsive information about everything GTRE has accomplished in the nearly 3.5 decades since it has embarked on development of the low bypass Kaveri TF, how it achieved these goals & what it seeks.

If some young enthusiast can go thru the program , capture all relevant SS & upload it here it'd serve as a knowledge base for enthusiasts - young & old, whetting these pages in the future. He'd also get our gratitude & appreciation.
