This is something that I always wondered why the Indian government has never been able to do.
India has the largest diaspora but I don't think they will ever utilize it. Government use to be
almost hostile when it came to indian origin Indians returning. We cannot ever expect India
to be like China. IF government can't do anything for hindus in neighboring countires forget the
diaspora. Indian laws do not protect Indian diaspora who want to invest in India or have property, many

Look deeper. For one, intermittent fasting doesn't work if you aren't active because low activity + fasting = your body thinks it's famine time and crashes calorie consumption.
For two, intermittent fasting is least effective when you skip breakfast. It's far more effective when u skip meals during the day like lunch and snacks.
This is because when you break ur fast in the morning, it increases metabolic rate in the am, as your body thinks " time to get in high energy mode and go look for next meal".

As usual with any health activity, intermittent fasting is no stranger to a lot of things that work and lot of things that are bullshit.
