Interestingly, I find Indo and Malay baboons obsessed with India, for some reason. There was this post on some indonesian subreddit where a guy (possibly a tourist) was asking whether it was 'safe' to trust 'fast foods' there and while the majority of the responses were sane some were writing long ass essays explaining why their foods were 'at least better than some Indian street foods' - that is how obsessed these baboons are with us

It's not even limited to those indo and Malaysian apes. There was a post on YouTube from China, where many people were eating from a massive wok/utensil. And the chinks were saying "Atleast the hygiene is better than India" under the hygiene comments. Lmao, and then there was this ultranationalist Nepali who was speaking on Reddit that when he nears the indo-nepal borders he gags and vomits, since the smell is so strong on the other side. It's seems that people are now using us are a marker due to the propaganda, spread on the internet where they are like "Atleast we are better than them."
There was a video on YouTube where a Singaporean couple were harrased in indoisland. And the apes were commenting "Atleast its better than India" "You would have been R#### in India" etc.

Of course,the ones I saw kanging about separatism were indeed mizos.

Most of the Christian areas in NE are problematic and have seperatist ideals. Arunachalis used to be chill, but the Christians among them now clash with the original arunachalis too. There was a massive protest going on there to introduce anti-conversion laws. It's was a major blunder by the government to let the conversion go unchecked there for decades.

And whats more worrisome is that most of them find it perfectly reasonable to hate mainlanders and don’t want anyone from here while cribbing for more resources from same population like an entitled brat. My Bengali friend from Assam says the same thing & he hates the BJP govt there because the Govt side-lines them. Ironically a chunk of NE people cry about racism in every India related posts to justify the racism against the mainlanders.

People don't know what has happened and continues to happen in the NE. Furthermore "Mainlanders" don't care about what happens to ethnic groups other than their own in general.

ULFA were ethnic cleansing biharis in Assam till the late 2000's. They also targeted the Bengalis (Both H's and M's). Bengalis have also been targeted by Christian khasis in Meghalaya since the 70's. (I remember there was someone who was defending them here saying they deal with the kanglus. Well, it's not a zero sum thing. They deal with kanglus so they must like us. They hate the Hindus too.) Major clashes happen between Christians and Bengalis in Tripura too.

I have lived in Assam for 10+ years. Seen it all happening, terrorist attacks, bomb blasts in daylight. It was a shitty place to be there in the early to late 2000's.
