Prediction:- when their country comes close to economic recession thier chaebols will force thier gov. To bring mass immigrants from south east Asia and India.

Any society that caters to the liberal idea of "individualism " over "societal/family/collectiveness, will not be sustainable in long term.
Humans are ultimately societal being individualism goes against this basic nature of humans.
That doesn't mean that countries that are societal focus will always be sustainable,
If you make some stupid decision like one child policy of china you will still face demographic problems while being societal.
Also the younger chinese are Influenced by the western individualism and are less likely to marry and have kids.
