While almost everyone are using complete enclosure for construction we are still relying on open construction techniques.

And afterall Contractor is a Indian who recontracted it to a local firm, FYI its the largets project ever taken by that small local firm, the tender was cancelled twice due to cost issues, for size and scale our pavilion is as lowest cost as possible at the Expo per Sq. Ft.

The Rule of using Timber escalated the cost of everyone at the Expo, as Japanese government promised new permits for Timber cutting but in the end didn't allowed resulted in inflated cost of construction materials, I.e Timber so everyone saw high exalation in costs. 😉

This world wide craze for Timber buildnfs in name of Enivoment is not economical not as carbon effect as claimed.
