China man is banned for accessing these lower nm chips machines. This technology is now concentrated with selective powers, we are not going to get them.
Are you talking about EUV machines? Then we don't have to worry about it for now since we are trying to commerialize 28nm node first. For us upgrading to 14nm will take 2030 if everything goes well or worst case scenario 2035. By then most chip makers would be using NA-EUV. Intel already took delivery of this machine. Others like TSMC, Samsung, Micron will have them too soon. By then ASML might be allowed to sell EUV machine to us which will allow us to etch chips until 5nm. We will then be just few generations behind. No worries for now.
