Army is heavily upgrading logistics. Weight bottleneck won't be ATAGS but the FAT towing it.

that's a parallel project being under taken by BRO since 2015/16. tunnels, roads and bridges.
check MoD annual reports to get the numbers.

i remember before current Kalyani-DRDO-BEML MGS even came to picture, a tatra truck based predecessor from VFJ was shown many times to public, this predecessor's got Dhanush 155mm/52 cal fork there as main howitzer

when i asked around it to teligram folks i talked before, they casually remarked in line...iska centre of gravity hi sahi nahi lag raha, mountains me ludhak jaega also, they found the design to be quite outdated with that tatra truck and things

but now we have better MGS here, i hope they have resolved any centre of gravity issues if any on this newer design
