Col and Boys overreacted. Cool verbal education would have done the job. I wonder what shall Col do after retirement if he is faced with similar situation and he has to again deal with Babus for admin work? No wonder I see many retd Faujis loosing cool when Babooze being Babooze and then after fighting they question why their file is not moving. Civvie Nana in Prahaar does not work in real life.

There was old joke running among civvies esp one with close family members in family who were in military in 90's (before OROP) that when an retd Officers come back to civilian life they come back with huge mustache, multiple dogs and numerous flower plants. After first year all dogs vanish except one. After second year all plants vanish except few. After third year mustache also vanishes.
