Starlink not happening, not under the current government, not under the next one.

There is absolutely no chance of Starlink setting up a shop here in India. Communication is a strategic sector, and the GoI will prioritize national security, regulatory compliance, and citizens' privacy over the economic aspects.

If Elon Musk wants to link Starlink with other investments here in India (which I suspect he does), the Indian top bureaucracy will make him eat crow. He really thinks that he is a great negotiator?

If they reduce it to the level of Internet service providers or Telecom providers then it is of no use. People already get Internet access through Telecom providers in rural areas for cheap prices. Starlink makes no difference to the Indian market, they can't provide their services for Indian prices as it's expensive to maintain thousands of satellites in orbit.

The same goes for Tesla. They can't at the moment make cheaper cars. Musk who used to call Hydrogen fuel cells as fool cells is now thinking of making Hydrogen cars.

They may survive in the market but with green hydrogen production gaining steam in many countries, market for electric cars will slow down if the auto makers want to make hydrogen cars. This ofcourse will depend on hydrogen refueling infrastructure.

Nominal GDP was ~295 Lakh Crs at the end of march. Dividing that by ~83 will give you the above figure.
