There's a difference between employing women and doing virtue signalling with such an act. Bhavish sadly belongs to the latter.

I am all for woman employment and stuff but can a employed woman marry a unemployed man .. They ll even ask for govt service with higher level posts .. On the other hand a man can marry a unemployed woman . This over feminization is a danger . How family ll be made and marriage happen.. Atleast look for qualified people irrespective of gender this leftist idea of preferring woman over man can endangered social survival . I have learned about few such HR who hier based on gender but deep within they are predators who wants to take some advantage .

It's a very very slippery slope.

Typically speaking, a woman will only marry a man who is at least on her level financially. Now, if jobs are extremely abundant, this'll work. But in a market where jobs are scarce, this will inevitably lead to more men being unemployed while women enjoy the fruits of Diversity hiring in jobs.

This leads to a situation where women feel that there aren't enough eligible men to marry.

This situation hasn't happened yet in India since women participation in the job market is low but if things continue the way they are, this will happen.

As for the predatory part, yes artificially promoting women via diversity processes and extreme liberalism tends to lead to a situation where a small cohort of powerful men exploit women in big numbers.

Electronics/EV factories deliberately prioritize female workers - even in Coronaland. There is no virtue signalling involved here. Bhavish copied what the East/South East Asian manufacturers were already doing.

There are bigger issues that plague his company.

If you take a deeper look into workforce composition at Foxconn, Pegatron - you will find high female worker % there too. Their business has been booming for over a decade now.

a woman would only marry a man if he earns min 3x or 4x than her, sad truth, no one is marrying equal incomes

Muh wimmenz is a factor for certain activist investors to put money into your firm or not.

Yeah, the East Asians coined this stereotype of 'women being better and more disciplined factory workers at ESDM' and created an efficient ecosystem of manufacturers from scratch. Now, everyone copies them.

Also, they find it easier to negotiate contracts with female workers who are less likely to unionize and cause 'troubles' - so there is that.... (ESDM runs on contractual labor so easy hiring and firing policies are an absolute necessity).

This is the main reason, no chance of chimpout riot, no union drama to cover for truant laziness etc.

In Manesar,Haryana a Suzuki or Hyundai factory workers chimped out, set fire to factory, smashed machinery and burnt the factory manager alive a decade or more ago

Women do not have the relevant hormone for this, especially malnourished and poor dehati women.

ESDM doesn't require physical strength so it's ok

if by "we" he means fellow Indians, it means he thinks we the public are stupid.

he is chairman of RPG group, with a revenue of 20,000 crores. he should be telling us what all great R&D his group is doing and patents his group owns. him and his fellow rich money bags are the ones, who are supposed to fund these R&D projects and make money out of it, not guilt tripping we the public with 2021 data when 2024 patent data has shown improvement as compared to the past.

now Indian patentee has come to about 50-55% of total applications and grants by India patent office.

Parent volume may not be an accurate measure? Many Chinese patents are copy cat patents with minor changes from other patents , especially western patents
