Indian Economy

who do you think gets employed in ship dismantling the easy pipeline work.. I have see mullas 90%…

Ship building does have good technical components and will attract sanatanis but if GOI doesnt provide regular orders its a dead end specially when deep state has targeted you ..

So L&T should show some gooda and start investing in civilian shipbuilding

L&T often takes up important projects in middle east. They even built a stadium for football WC 2022. Do not think they are into running ports/airports.
One has to be specific about what kind of port business both companies are into.
L&T had plenty port development projects but I have heard nothing about them dealing with port operations. That is why I said Even if Adani wins any project l&t still would be handed sun contracts most likely repair of cranes, development of Rail line to port and any civil engineering tasks.

Before adani l&t was running the kattupali port and dharma port. For some reason that company sold it probably because they could not get the necessary revenue to justify keeping it.

L&T doesn't want to be in operations business. They even abandoned Hyderabad metro operations.

Adani should do it. Adani group employs very small proportion of people compare to what it's market cap is, hence lacks the ground level PR and support. If 400,000 families start being dependent on him , pigslamocommie congi swines won't be so straightforward in naming him.

Most of that employment out of 700000 comes from TCS which is 500000 rest 200000 are from various diverse industries.

Tata isn't even in very good state due to high employee count, its steel industry is being beaten by JSW.

Tata trust is worth 220 billion way more than Adani or Ambani for the matter or funds.

Ambani for its 85 billion worth employs 325000 a bit more than tata if you count out TCS.

It does not make sense for first generation business to scale its employees count from the get go.
Tata has employee count so big thanks to centuries of businesses expansion.

Adani generates 85 billion worth with just 36000 employees this is commendable not something to put down.

China for all its socialists narrative is cutting down army, automating missile production and researching AI and Robotics.

Indias by default have victim mentality they oppose Computers because they thought it will take its job.

>what benefit if not giving jaab saaar?

He is a private businessman, he is free to hire as many or as little employees as he needs
There are many PSUs in the gutter today because of (((only beneficial if gib job))) mindset

Also i literally have seen that comment, it's some factory tour of the Adani ammo plant, it has only 18 people literally and everything else is automated

Imagine otherwise some Commie Andolanjeevis have a convenient strike and later thrash all the machinery when the Chinese attack, if they went the manpower heavy route.

Samsung almost lost the Diwali season sales thanks to gandolanjeevi commies shutting down their production for 1 month.

Looks like a PLI for component ecosystem is in the works.

"The new scheme will incentivise production of key components like printed circuit boards that will improve domestic value addition and deepen local supply chains for a range of electronics," one of the two officials said.

The incentives are likely to be offered under a new scheme expected to be launched in two to three months, said the officials, who asked not to be identified as details of the scheme are not yet public

This is shameful.
Not just cotton but our entire agriculture is a total shitshow with annadatas focusing more on chasing MSPs with ‘Dilli Chalo’ instead of focussing on yields and productivity.

With GoI playing right into this strategy because the opposition is promising the moon, the Farm Laws are now a pipe dream.

End result - We are stuck with a huge part of our labor force stuck in endless inefficiency destroying our demographic dividend.

GoI needs to come up with an innovative way to re introduce the farm laws, if needed do it one by one, or through a JPC, or outright buying out the trouble makers if needed.

Indian Farming where still in stone age compared to Current modern farming. MSP is becoming bane as Farmers putting effort to cultivate an single crop which is slowly destroying the land productivity. Also we saw news of contamination of foods. Our food supply chain is poor and we are also notable culprit in wasting food. Eg. FCI godowns in TN were simple open ground and everywhere heat, rain, pest destroys tonnes of products. Same situation in all FCI.

The core Farm law tends to change this but muh Jatts from Punjab and Haryana derailed it.

But cooperative society should be checked out. If Amul can do business at International level. Then I think Coop farming societies can do the same. Eg. Tying up with Retailers to supply pulses, fruits, etc. More land under society so mechanized farming.

Glimpse of changes were there. Eg. An spice production company which is maintaining its own forest of crops using waste as soil.

In the Adani Interview Nithin said that he seen OFB employees fill the propellant manually. When the SIG guns infamously got an overgassed bullet, I believe this may be an reason. Automation ensure proper filling of propellant.

OFB have too much employees and do negligible work. But the facility is there for Government to dictate production if private companies could not able to step up.

Corporatization is the nice work, ideally they should develop facilities to supply all NATO standard ammunitions, build existing guns properly, also invest something into R&D.

He is into ports and all as an expansion of his own original coal merchant dhandho, Mundra has the largest fully automated coal import terminal in the world

To get the black gold from Australia, he bought the Carmichael mine there, built a port and also built a railway from mine to the port.

Absolutely coincidentally, if you check the fuel sources for his Electricity production dhandho you will find out most if not all use Coal.

Unlike other cowardly dhandhos, the guy also wants to make end to end Solar PV panels from the silicon ingot level, this has 0 synergy with his coal dhandho

None of our other dhandhos have such synergy or appetite for risk taking, Lehru was wrong about many things but he was 100% right about dhandhos being pussies.

Some of this pussification can be ameliorated by giving large subsidies, like thanks to PLI and other gibs Tata is now into electronics manufacturing and supply chain, but by an large even with subsidies dhandhos lack the stones to diversify, these are no Korean Chaebols.

Speaking of coal and Asstralia, here is aboriginals complaining of WAYCISM against Adani, this is fresh news

Saar how can I buy Adani Shares based in the USofA.... ab toh hum bhar bhar ke Adani ka Share lenge..phool support and going long on the Adanis men.. Like Elon bhai..Adani is also a builder man..he building big ports in India..Airports, Solar Plants covering all the verticals ...hence haters are doing everything to undermine him. He is the Rockefellar of India with a balls of steel hanging down his pants..

Not good. Apart from monsoons, lack of new industrial capacity is slowing growth, which itself is largely due to reduction in government expenditure.

Also this. Renewables is a scam and only good to inflate installed capacity. Despite 45% of entire capacity, it's barely 25% of the power supply mix due to inefficiencies. Can be solved with pumped storage projects which government is trying to built in large numbers, but won't be close to thermal and nuclear. Not building enough nuclear plants is a mistake.

India's inability to make passenger aircrafts or a general heavy aviation industry will bite back in its azz in the long run.

View: https://x.com/MarioNawfal/status/1860243126079656067?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1860243126079656067%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_c10&ref_url=

China today already makes it's own strategic airlifters with domestic engines, C919 passenger aircraft among various other aircrafts. Today their private industry is mature enough to finance, deign and build own aircrafts although not on a scale as that of USA but still at number 2/3 along with Russia. Meanwhile they best we've made is a 19 seater aircraft with imported engines and still focussing on that even though we already make Do228s in same category. Indian industry today makes airframes of foreign IPR and exports them to OEMs in the west (typical outsourcing over innovation mindset).

It sucks to know we can't imagine having an operational 90 seater by the time India achieves 100 years of independence, let alone an A321 equivalent. An indigenous C17 equivalent is out of equation for next half a century. At least.

For how long will they keep planning? They need to hurry up and launch this. Countries like Thailand are getting massive FDI into this industry thanks to Japan, china and taiwan. $5 billion worth of PCB factories just this year alone. Guess which country will end up importing this thanks to FTA
