Are those the full complement of the fixed wing planea for that carrier? Wonder how many can be on deck at a time during operations. Anyone know?

Generally serviceability was shit for mig-29k it was less than 50% if I am not wrong in 2016
Now they are deploying 18 on deck is commendable
It can operate 26 fixed wing aircrafts but generally u don't need that much especially during non conflict times
As @darkflame said generally 14-15 aircrafts can be operated on deck
