Why does the HC or the judiciary get to order the government around? They don't order the central government. It is a violation of the basic structure doctrine. Police powers are in the domain of the central government, not the judiciary.

police powers are in domain of state govt, central forces can go in only when state govt asks for them. central forces can operate only when escorted by/ in coordination with local police or DM.

What about President's rule?

What about President's rule?

then it's under governor, but since DIG will report to governor and governor reports to HM, chain of command gets easier.

either way state govt machinery is involved. after central forces are moved out, the local administration still have to manage the affairs.

One feature which should be credited with survival of hinduism during 650 yrs of Islamic onslaught is existence of over 400 big and small fortifications, castles & citadels. This is one of the least understood and studied aspects.

Forts didn't only protected the royal families & armies but became hosts(breakwater) to surrounding civil populace until a crisis (incoming invader hordes) got averted. Without forts hindu death toll would have been many times higher.

Even if you study current demography of North India... lesser the number of historical forts higher the Islamic population.

We must start rebuilding forts while its still time. I know it is possible for only billionaires and sad thing is most of them are HINO & wokes. Alternatively it can be done by many people coming together.

Large housing societies have come up but their motivation is very different.

Within the forts there should be an ecosystem for medium to long term sustainment for the inhabitants... food, water(recycling), power(solar), medical supplies. Every fort should have people with know how of electrical/mechanical repairs, first aid, plumbing etc... & then there should be interlinked & interdependent cluster of forts that complement/supplement each other.

We can start buildup slowly without revealing the true nature and purpose and with passage of time when situation deteriorates... the forts can be armed as well.

If things continue as hopelessly as they seem now... India of 2040s would be like a zombie apocalypse.

So the based trad girl Ritu Rathaur is the daughter of an Indian Army captain named RS Rathur who was involved in the infamous Samba Spy Scandal (where IA afsars were spying for the pakroaches). Got his arse saved by the Congressis, predictably. The family was very close to the Congressis and seems like the daughter is returning the favor now by running a ragebait based trad handle.

Basically, the honda trad equivalent of Karan Thapar.

Why do every single one of these trad influencers come from such problematic backgrounds? Some get outed as INC IT celliyas. Some turn out to be Mullahs. And now this?

Samba case has its own twisties. Many say that some officers were falsely implicated. Major Navdeep Singh "the entire case is a debacle as the case was based on Aya Singh's statement where Singh claimed Captain Nagial was the initiator of the scam but a Court Martial acquitted Captain Nagial. Major Singh also brought some major issues of the case; including: Aya Singh, who was killed while trying to cross Indo-Pak border, can not be a reliable witness; Havildar Ram Swarup's confessional statement also built the case while Ram Swarup died of torture after interrogation; Swaran Dass made an under oath statement in 1994 in which Dass was forced to implicate innocent army personnel. Major Singh also raised a statement, "When the foundation itself was faulty, there was no reason for proceeding in the matter"

I mean, irrespective of the merits of the case, it does not really invalidate the following point; does it?

Let me be more blunt, the bigger trad handles are managed by people who are, in one way or another, extremely close to the INC. And it is NOT a coincidence - they have been playing this dirty game for far too long.

Well quite plausible. And its right she has been quite vocal against Modi but so she was against UPA too IIRC. Now I dont vouch for her but sometimes use it as news source on evangelist or islamists activities. But again on simple principle of read but verify.

Yeah, I have lost count how many times this has happened (a big trad account getting outed as a congressi/IT celliya).

On a related note reminds me of a Hard Talk interview done for BBC by Thapar of FM Sam Maneckshaw in the 1990s where he went hard at the latter & this wasn't the usual Thapar melodramatics of basically interviewing himself but it had more to do with history this being his father's role or non role in the 1962 war where he was the CoAS while the war was run by his junior Lt Gen Kaul , RM - V.K.Krishna Menon & their cronies into the ground.

A few top generals who'd play a vital role later on in 1965 , 67 & 71 like Lt Gen Sagat Singh , Lt Gen J.S.Arora , F.M. Sam Maneckshaw etc who were side lined then & had disparaging remarks about the ruling troika in 1962 , all had their reputations re assessed later by revisionists like Thapar ,whose motivations weren't immediately clear as in the pre internet days his family connections weren't as widely known .
