DEI isn't same as reservation, plus western companies can do DEI because most DEI positions are not important , as a matter of fact most of the their heavy workload jobs are already outsourced, this can't be done here, because we're the outsourcing location. DEI works on cushy jobs.

As per Telangana and Bihar surveys GC is around 15%.

They simply don't need 15% votes of GC. Assam has shown that even without 30% consolidated votes of any community one can win elections.

With the way things are going, BJP will not win in 2029. With each passing day and considering his age Modi will become weaker and RaGa stronger. He has already vowed to bring reservation in private sector and breach 50%. Breaching 50% is not as serious as private sector reservation which will be a death kneel for morale, merit, livelihoods along with hit on investments and start ups.

In other words, future looks gloomy and the current steps don't inspire much confidence in the only supposedly sane party out there.

What will happen in 2029 should be left to year 2029 only.

Don't reject BJP, they have strong workforce and they will manage to get back in power again in 2029.

RaGa has done everything he could in last 3-4 years and they could only manage to get 220 seats for whole INDI Alliance. That is the extent of the power of INDI alliance and RaGa.

Most of this activism is restricted to get Govt seats in Govt Jobs and Universities and almost none of them are interested in Private sector.​

2011 bheem moment was nothing compared to the absolute beast it has become now. BJP itself has been constantly providing them with with more budget more relief more laws and they are still not happy.

So its right for people to wonder if this could be the tipping point where the 50% cap is breached.

From this article it seems like , states with chindi alliance govts were running their own surveys with blackjacks and hookers. so center decided for a caste census to prevent regional parties from cooking up their own numbers and methodology and instead take matter into their own hands.

Caste census isn't end of the world, if BJP is smart about it, most Chindi alliance members want self-identification based caste census where, anybody can declare themselves anything.

The Private sector itself brought these policies in west, and they have already seen the backlash and the ill effects of the same.
They themselves are cutting it down and get away with altogether in many corporations.
