Nope. Nothing as such. Extrapolating from the tweets I've linked there .
But why did the BJP pull this rabbit out of the hat when the mood of the nation is quite different post-Pahalgam? Enquiries reveal the decision was in the works ever since Modi 3.0 was sworn in.
Sometime in September 2024, just after the NDA government at the Centre completed 100 days in power, prominent leaders of the BJP who were part of governments in different states were informed that the leadership was contemplating such a decision. It showed that the BJP realised that while the politics of Kamandal had almost run its course with the completion of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, the politics of Mandal still had some steam left in it. They realised that while the decision of the Congress to embrace reservations openly would result in significant political adjustments south of the Vindhyas, it could result in a far more potent tectonic shift in political power in the Hindi heartland. If the BJP, which has a sizeable number of OBC leaders in its mix, had to take the Congress party's social engineering experiment head on, it had no option but to effect a hostile takeover of the Congress template. Also, while the caste survey pitch did not strike a chord with the electorate for the Congress in Haryana, Delhi and Maharashtra during the assembly elections, the BJP's decision shows that it suspects Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, later in 2027, could be a different kettle of fish where caste could more decisively decide the cast of the vote.

Those expecting a surgical strike on Pakistan instead got a decision that was projected as a surgical strike on the Congress that has been at the forefront demanding a caste census.

Seems our speculations were spot on - think we should continue to take bhajipao wallahs at face value. Do not see them taking any drastic action anytime soon.
Also, in all probability, some kinetic action against pakroaches is on the cards.
