Why so? Russia comfortably still provides equipment to pakistan, let alone China. For china it is understandable as they are a much larger economy and trading partner as well as a "commie" ally against the west, they really don't have an excuse selling stuff to porkis be it the Mi-35s or the engines for JF17 or Anti-tank guided missiles which btw are deployed at the LoC.

Russia is a declining power, even in terms of military hardware their maal is just rebadged and slightly upgraded Soviet gear.

We are a rising power and we must steal/acquire technology to increase our edge from any source.

Currently Rooskie doesn't have major friends in the world aside from India & China to agar usko mirchi lagti hai, to khoon ka ghoont peena hoga, there's nothing much they can do about this.

Inshallah we may reach a time where we can supply to both Russia and EUf4gs without any adverse consequences
