Baba kalyani himself is a shopfloor person, when proprietor is a shopfloor expert, it cuts down the manufacturing time since he knows more about the shopfloor than his employees.

there are stories of him from a few decades ago, him being able to deduce minor changes in rpm on his shopfloor machines by listening to the sound.
