Launch manifesto released last year, planning over 19 launches for 2024 has been dud.
So far only 3 launches have been undertaken in 2024, may be particularly due to Gaganyaan workload and unavailability of commercial satellites to launch (Falcon and Electron ate away everything in market while SSLV delayed miserably).

Following launch vehicles have been in preparation work. I won't assign flight numbers to missions as that has been changing quickly.

PSLV - C59, C60, C61, C62, C63, N1, N2 (N-flight d-notes privately built PSLV)
GSLV - F14, F16
SSLV - S1, S2
