There is a new tender for MAG mods. We will be participating, let's see how it goes
They are the ones to introduce the concept of Mod Kits to IA in the early 2010s. So they have a network there, especially in the North. And yes, they don't even make or stick stickers on the products. Though they get waivers for MII and all.

Yes infact I was reading ig in dfi that even jsoc operators train and learn from civilian trainers as they spend a lot of time in the ranges to invent and apply new tactics
