This is an air base called MacDill Air Force Base. So Americans also cleverly keeping indian army guys from major training centers.
They also have something called joint special operations university in the same base.

MacDill is a joint base. SOCOM has its HQ there. A liaison officer is best suited at HQ rather than a training centre.
