Foolish policy.

The Govt should rather recruit ITTians as group A tech cadre and attach them to brigade HQ, I am not talking about central deputation. But budget is not there nor there is any lateral entry provision. What a bunch of losers.

So recruitment will be like, first a tech grad has to take history or geography to enter UPSC and then come as a civil servant if he cracks a stupid useless exam. That too with 51% seats reserved for 30% unworthy.
