I think he is from 11. 6 is not supposed to have M4s. M4s are old and very less in no. And from what I have heard its prefered by many over tavor - so woh toh redistribute nahi hoga across new batallions.

no the opening is for SOC operatives and cybersecurity engineers, mostly for critical OT and IT infrastructure, my ex-colleague is also part of tis project, he is one of the team lead any one who intersted and have background in cyber security send dm i will forward the opening adv he shared with me,
ps:its a contractual term based job, not a gov job but you will work for gov orgs, may need to get NOC from your rural police station in event of successful selection
