pretty shoddy tactics movements, they all look very unsure of themselves- being on camera isn’t really an excuse.

But it’s noteworthy that this is SRG, definitely seems like they are moving fast towards a FBI SWAT/HRT distinction with SRG taking the role of the former

As VIP roles get fully removed from them it can only give them more of a focus on CT and hopefully tighten up these drills.

As a dedicated CT unit there really is no excuse for why they shouldn’t have CQB and tactical drill capabilities up there with US Tier 1 units- of course that is dreaming given the money those guys spend on realistic training but why shouldn’t NSG be benchmarking to the same ? If anything NSG can afford to be even more niche and focused on this role, no one is going to expect NSG to do HVT missions or DA on foreign soil like JSOC does

I am perplexed how 2 different operators are using 2 different techniques holding a pistol and one operator has a finger on the trigger while talking to a hostage.

Mind baffling how the No 1 unit in India for these ops is such.

Haha i am happy we Indians are good with diplomacy..

Whats the real practical use of this one? Kinda wasted money on a bulky AR-15 without much practical benefits. If you need a SAW there is PK and Negev which are belt fed.Russians had seen the futility of mag fed limited ammo SAW therefore reverted back to use of PKs are SAW.Even in USMC there is strong resentment among troops for selecting the bulky IAR over M4 and M249.The roles of MG ,rifle and Markaman rifles are all different. You can’t have everything in single one.Instead of buying this one we should have bought MCX or Arad or some other C-8 or some other lightweight AR-15 variant.

He is trying to motivate someone who is a looser..thatswhy he ended up in his camp and there also he is not performing.

Addiction problems..blowing parents money ..those people thtswhy i called them loosers.
Okay.I couldn’t hear the audio properly. His interviews seems to be very humble though.

you see even NSG guys saying that SAG is the real NSG, not SRG

This shows the level of difference in training and the way they see themselves

That's horrible because their seems a lack in standardization even within the different groups of an elite unit

Whats this circus? Sorry couldn’t understand as the audio is not clear for me.Kinda like a reality show. He is former SFF colonel

My thinking is that he's trying to rough up a guy who was sitting away from the group and probably crying alone about his problems as I got to understand from the audio. His coaching and all seems to be a indoctrination for youth which I get but nor have any positive views on neither negative.
I mean he does give him a rash one in the beginning but it's not the mindless scolding by someone who hates you, he seems to care for him especially as he softens up his voice and hugs him towards the end.
If this works on the guy then fine, end justifies the means imo

WTF is that :bplease: :bplease:

Just watched part 2 of Maj Jacob's podcast on Monks & Warriors. His ancedotes were really funny but unfortunately he neither touched up on his CI/CT tenure nor the SG deputation. For some reason I feel, he is very hesitant to go in depth of what he did in the valley.
