On lighter note -
new camo was added to Para sf kitty , new total comes to 69. Garuds got new shemags.

Most of the Para of 2025 is only comparable with 2002 era US SF

Apart from diet, it also boils down to genetics.. the Jats, Grenadiers, & Sikhs are generally well built, to an extent even the thambis, RajRif, Rajput troops too seem to be well built.

DIET - DIET can fix whatever genetics you want to go on about.

PS. Having alot of Ghee to bulk is not diet.
