If you ask me, SG doesn't understand or know it's mandate anymore.. they were made for some pretty elite shit and they did it for some time but now they are just a force with no or very limited mandate.. most of the guys spend their entire careers on desks doing Intel related works meanwhile very few operators (like L/N om prakash) assist CI/CT operations with yet again subpar kits

Its a multi-purpose disposable unit. You ask it to be like ISA, the cabsec will arm them with the reqd tools and men. You ask it to be a hard target defeat unit the cabsec will ask SF unjts for the samw. And AFAIK 4 vikas isn't SG anymore (most of this info is second hand take it for what you will)
