I still am in shock how tf can they convert units like these into full fledged SFs and say they are ready for future SF ops. Not blaming him, just stating that the newly converted ones aren't that much equipped. They may get that soon but at present units like the 162 TA are much better equipped...
The ideal approach is equip and train the unit good and bring it to a certain standard and then convert... Army acting like maulanaXD

Those comments usually come from the avg citizens, what I am hopeful of is that such videos help educate the serving personnel and expand their knowledge so that they too aspire and get trained and equipped to the same standards. And hopefully in the future, the foot soldiers should start demanding for such equipment and training from the fat top brass , because ultimately it's their life on the line and not some gernail sitting in an AC office saying we are better than bisleri boys, will matters not equipment etc ...

Not gonna happen when sf guys are still bragging about fighting while just sustaining himself with jaggery and chana, bragging about how he is superior to the chinese army because he has less equipment but he can still do his job. They never seem to understand that they dont need to do that.
Naa not gonna happen with just videos a couple of officers might get some good ideas and it will effect a few units in the long run at most the only solution to this is the one I have been advocating for years that is to introduce new tactical cources during NDA and other programs teach kids about PC setups about new gear about new equipment about new firearms at grass root level we have nothing to show them instead of Insas,AK and bullpups the world is big most of the world has moved on we need to move on too at grass root level as Sir himself said they don't teach jack shit about gear during probation need to change that.
