He's the type of guy who can modernise PSF completely. The way he talks and explains clearly gives the impression that he takes his sweet time to learn about things. Old and new. I doubt any para sf operator knows things about his stuff the way shivendra sir knows. Doesn't para sf hire knowledgeable operators like him in modernization/training teams?

As he himself says he has learnt a lot from joint exercises with foreign SF I believe we have guys like him in a decent number and they will increase only as the younger generation joins in more and more it will take time but we will reach there eventually.

He made 7 as sf and completely changed the unit from their kits to tactics he has put in his sweat and blood in that unit so it's very much respected unit rn and they count it as teir 1 like we count 9 as teir 1 (it's all just words their is nothing like tier 1 in Indian sf it's just a saying to say these are A1man)

P.S- he has worked on some "teir one kinda ops too" had his own A team

Tier system of the US is based on budget. During Iraq war, the Green Beret CIF teams also operated under JSOC, and augmented CAG. For example, Mike Glover and Tu Lam, none were with CAG officially, but they augmented it during missions. They often bought their own gear too, I think it's legit if our guy (Col Shivender) has the knowledge and the gear that your so called Tier 1 (9 or 4) doesnt have, to call himself Tier 1.

remember that Maj Avinash too was here and he got fed up and left. Dont repeat that again. Dont invite any knowledable Indian SOF operatives until y'all can get some maturity in discussions and show it, especially when big bad news comes from our side and y'all get emotional and keep ranting.

Yepp if they come here (Ik alot of them visited DFI idk about this forum) they will get fed up with the forum real quick.

A team is one of the teams/companies of 7 para that he belonged to back in the day before eventually commanding the battalion.

Good to know Finally finished the video just now still don't believe that was an Indian sf guy he is a fucking legend his knowledge is great and he knows what would increase his performance and he doesn't shy away from criticising our own guys really looking forward to more content

I think what he's mentioning as A team is basically nothing more than like how SAS are spread around in various single letter squadrons under each regiment (21,22,23).
Agree regarding equipment point. He himself seems to put hard stress on the equipment part of the video.. basically encouraging operators to spend by themselves too for good rigs if possible

Exactly and it's a plus that most units are providing them with a good Shooter cut and battle belts now so they can really go out and cut two of their most expensive purchase out still they have alot to customise according to their own prefence but it's good the awareness is awesome and his knowledge is on point can't wait for more vids I was feeling like I am watching some foreign Seals or CAG dude talk about his Loadout.
