I knew there was a reason in 2023, 30-40 militants were killed on LoC infiltrating with loss of i beleive 2-3 personnel.

Vietnam: they had no solid objective, main aim being there to assist and support South Vietnam, but they were also given orders not to pursue the enemy into the north. Basically fighting an insurgency against another military with hands tied.

Afghanistan: they achieved their initial objective, killing Osama. Their nation building thing was what didn't work, but that was a secondary thing mostly for politics.

And all of their SF have completed missions that are absolutely mind boggling, and since you mentioned Vietnam, the apt example would be MACV-SOG. Read some of the stuff on Delta too, we can't even compare, hell most other SF can't. They're on another level.

a simple Google search will tell you main objective was to prevent communist take over of south vietnam and by extension rest of south east Asia and last time I checked vietnam is still a communist nation after all the war crimes and all the conscription burger did and you are saying some how there was no solid objective is retarded no military will enter conflict without any solid objective and burger failed to reach solid objective

let’s cut the drama. Fact is, even if goras walked out of Afghanistan and Vietnam, they still decide the game. They fail, sure but on their own terms. When you can bomb anyone anytime and disappear with zero fear of someone chasing you home, that’s real superiority.

lol...with all amricunts huge economy, technology, weapons etc nd including help of NATO countries. they should easily achieve all their objectives in country like vietnam nd afganistan. this shows how garbage is their army personal nd planners quality. if other countries like russia, china, israel or india etc hv that much capabilities...they can do far better than amricunts.

here we r talking about military objective...no one here is objecting about america supremacy in weapons nd technology. but they failed miserably, although they r consider lone superpower. they need allies to deal with third rate power like afganistan etc.

i m not challenging amricunts superior technology nd economy....i m questioning about their military planners nd armed forces quality. which u guys r admirers. In indian army case i accept they r lacking in different fields. but if american army hv same budget like india or same technology like india...they sucked even worse than india or other countries.
