Its practical..have seen Russian(FSB) and Naval SFs using such platforms—shooting from unstable platforms like ships or boats in rough seas is standard training. Precision under dynamic conditions is mission-critical.

India has special forces that can deliver but the avg Indian civilian really wants to see a good show...they dont understand. It's a shame that on one side you see how well articulate some SF guys are, the old school lot...that inherited stuff from British, and seeing how now it's all instagramable
