(If this bike demo thing is true)

At one point it was the most deserving unit for a SF conversation after its Maldives ops

Yea but how much we pay in pensions and salaries as compared to our GDP and Then offer Additional benefits as well.

A major portion goes into this and with the 8th pay comission its not gonna help.

Secondly,Chile is not a IT and Manufacturing hub compared to us..why havent we produced even basic tech products?

Lastly,how many years combat has Chilean Army seen.

When you analyse all this together you will realise we are very very incompetent Or Are we not and just giving the illusion we are incompetent when we are something else?

Shining path was in Chile .They had seen much combat in the past.
Chile don’t have to bother about any external threats so they don’t need to think about nukes subs gen-5/6 fighter or numbers jn tanks.So contributing to build a well equipped SF is not that much hassle.Not justifying the absurdity in modernisation of our armed forces.We have money for golf clubs ,money for sahayak system etc etc.
