Indian Special Forces

Issues between Germany and France go way back before the 1940 Armistice. And yes the French did do that in the Northern areas, so did other countries when they were steamrolled. However this whole French only surrender is an American propaganda as they never talk or let anyone talk about the French resistance or the units that under the command of CDG fought against the Wehrmacht. They were doing this with the Brits way before the Americans even joined the conflict.
He will get offended and start giving excuses when Chinese say the same thing about Indians

1. MQ-1C === TAPAS
2. AH6M and MH6M ===LUH (Armed/Troop carrier)
3. MH60M DAP & MH-60M Assualt === IMRH
4. Chinook === Chinook

Dream ends

Welcome to 161th Carrot Regiment.

Carrot will be supplied to enhance nigh fighting capabilities.
I absolutely love the way they are setup , each type of airframe has a specific use case , all are armed be it for defensive or offensive .

Would really like to see something similar .

No. Do you want our SF boys to start surrendering just like the French?
The french are an asbolutely good role model
making your doctrine such that it puts in best efforts to keep up with the human resource, it maximizes efficiency with minimum resources and is perfect for Indian set up, the only practical model we can pick looking at how our country is like is the french one

Didn't you as in the Germans got them to surrender in 1940? :cmegusta:
The defeat of Rommel in North Africa can be partially attributed to the relentless efforts of Free French legionnaires working alongside L Detachment and the SAS
The fought relentlessly in Battle of Bir Hakim and Second Battle of El Alamein, they were resistence fighters and they did a tremendous job. Look more into French Millitary history you can look at recent times, no need to go all the way back to Napolean who fought and won more battles than Alexander, Ceaser and Hannibal combined

So apparently Para SF (even top units) doesn't even have ceramic plates as std issue. Those who can afford the 40k ones from Strike Face are good (std issue in Marcos) while others are "ram bharose."

All they have is 7-8 Kg ka faulty OFB steel plates that barely stop AK rounds.

Maj. Avinash Sahani sir mentioned on DFI that his unit had TATA (TASL/TAML) Plates that were of Good Quality and Standard, but no ergonomic and standardised proper Plate Carriers. They only had access to cheap unit tailor made jugaad PCs or Tactical Jackets with inserts. This probably depends on the unit/battallion.

A friend who has friends in a few units up north said no such things exist there

What kind of pathetic piece of shit army cant provide their special forces with basic armour? Forget about the regular infantry..they are probably treated like cattle.
