Indo US Relations (4 Viewers)

These Angloids show so much entitlement and arrogance.

Wonder how the French do it tho, do such trolling and yet be an ((( ally )))

They are the only major EU country to be free of ((( US Bases )))
Aerospace supply chain fully domestic, no Americunt
Nuclear supply chain fully domestic.
They can because of the giant next door who can supply everything. Infact without Germans, it would be very very hard not of the Aerospace or Nuclear but of the ancillary Industries like Precision Engineering, EUV Machinery and Semiconductors.

A very lesser know fact but murishart soldier allegedly raped many women in France during WW2 after rescuing them from Germans.
Secret wartime files made public only in 2006 reveal that American GIs committed more than 400 sexual offenses in Europe, including 126 rapes in England, between 1942 and 1945.[84] A study by Robert J. Lilly estimates that a total of 14,000 civilian women in England, France and Germany were raped by American GIs during World War II.
Americans were no saint to their allies either. We all know how they treated Italians back then.

France, Italy, Japan.

Yet they point fingers at the Soviets for being rabists

we are in 2025, and new info about the past is still coming out. not from the desi brown sahebs sitting in U.S, but from alternate sources. because almost all brown sahebs in foreign policy space there are congi plants, who participated in witch hunt of current PM when he was CM. the "teach modi a lesson" crowd.

U.S establishment continues to take inputs from them.

He should do.
Easier for us wean away from US and Chinese dependency.

There is only so much govt can do.
As example, our pharma companies rely heavily on Chinese API's.
to cut the imports Indian govt has taken steps to ensure these are manufactured in India.

Since Chinese API's are very cheap due to heavy subsidies they get from commie govt, Indian companies import these heavily for margins.

It cuts across a lot of crucial sectors.

Do these tariffs only apply on physical goods or include services too, cause later would mean , freshers ke lode lagne Wale Hain.

Not on services … but USA is pushing on Dairy and agricultural markets … basically trying to fck Modi …
They might need sm big ticket defense deal to keep India at 25% only … I say lets get more P-8 and ASW choppers and may b few more UCAVs

Modi would rather have US do 100% tariffs than open up Diary and agri sector.
In fact if US does these tariffs, Modi can go to elections and use this to show how he defied US to safe guard farmers interests.

There is not enough amount of political capital for this move for any party in India, not just BJP.

Even Japan which is a dog of the US is showing fangs when it comes to importing rice from them :pmegusta:

Japan says it won't sacrifice farm sector for tariff deal after Trump rice complaints

While the auto sector is Japan's top employer and exporter, the farm sector has traditionally been an important voting bloc for Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba's Liberal Democratic Party, which faces key upper house elections on July 20.
"I have repeatedly stated that agriculture is the foundation of the nation," top trade negotiator and Economy Minister Ryosei Akazawa told a press conference.
"In negotiations with the United States, our stance remains unchanged: We will not engage in talks that would sacrifice the agricultural sector," he said, adding that he would continue to negotiate with his U.S. counterparts to protect Japan's national interests.

July 9th Arrives, But Trade Deals Remain Elusive

(As July 9th arrives, Trump scrambles for symbolic trade deals to claim credit. Possible comprehensive pacts with India, the EU, and others remain out of reach.)

With July 9th upon us, and Trump Administration is in panic to sign trade deals any deals. A comprehensive U.S.-India-EU-Japan-Korea trade deal look unlikely. At best, a skeletal framework may emerge—similar to the UK’s deal or the EU’s ongoing talks—deferring hard issues for later.

Such preliminary deals give President Trump just enough to boast. In the media spotlight, he’ll present himself as the ultimate dealmaker, claiming credit not just for trade talks, but also for efforts to end the Ukraine war, free hostages from Hamas, and pressure India over South Asia tensions. Notably, he and Israel may deserve credit for delaying Iran’s nuclear ambitions by 5–10 years.

In the end, if Trump can seal deals with India, the EU, Japan, Canada, and Mexico, that alone would count as a considerable success—despite the mix of wins and misses.

Asking Asian countries to import American rice is literally selling snow to the eskimo. They've lost their minds.
