This are not allegations against company it's a straight conviction of a person, even if he is not arrested he can face sanctions same as Russian businessmen.

it will be wise for indian agencies not to get involved and dump all this data to Adani defense team, win the court case and THEN go after Raul Maino.
Otherwise, it will forever taint Adani as an Indian govt paltu kutta - which is a death sentence for any oligarch not coming from a totalitarian nation.

I think Govt. should take action against the forces inside stock market and those who are advocating and supporting foreign powers.
