And of course, the Diplomat journal would do an equal equal in the two situations. China has suffered innumerable terror attacks such as Pahalgam emanating or supported from, India. And China and India have signed water sharing agreements in the past, whose spirit( and more) have been grossly violated by India. It's an exact one to one, apples to apples comparison.

Good luck in trying to stop the water. Most of the water from that river comes from watersheds located in India.
