Infrastructure

So NCR will basically have 3 airports in the vicinity? Indira Gandhi airport, Noida Int'l airport known as Jewar Int'l airport, and Hisar airport?
Hisar? That's faraway in north west Haryana.

Delhi NCR will now have 2 international airports although Noida airport is too far away from Delhi to be used by them. Ideally in future a third airport for NCR should be built in Sonepat.

When you have the airports serviced by airport express trains and semi high speed trains such as RRTS, they won't be considered too far and may be actually faster considering the local road traffic.

Yes but airports aren't meant to be 80-90 km away from city centre though. Unless YEIDA/NOIDA authorities have aggressive plans for city expansion, I don't see it having very high passenger air traffic.
