Gallantz was gunning for Netanyahu. Now Trump has won, Netanyahu knows that US under Trump won't do anything to Netanyahu and basically give him a free hand. The only thing stopping Netanyahu is the Israeli Supreme Court but the Israeli Supreme Court won't do anything while Israel is in the middle of a conflict that it has to win. It will wait until the conflict ends to act against Netanyahu and that buys Netanyahu more time.
