Oil prices are as lowest it could go. World economy is slowing down, fair oil prices would've been below 60$ but Arabs have built their annual budgets around 80+$ price, so OPEC would've to cut the production so that price could increase, but if Iranian oil rigs are targetted they don't have to cut the production (idle rigs also cost money).

What holds true about a hundred thousand dead Gazans and dead lebanese being treated as less than dead rats by the west, will hold true for dead Indians as well, who will be treated like so many dead rats, when it is one of the west doing the killing..

But, the fact is we are not them.. Maybe 40 years down the line, India might be as powerful, to kill a hundred thousand muslims and get away with it, but today is not that day.. and i hope the guys who lift Israel's balls realize that..

There's no such thing as fair oil prices. This industry as any other industry is designed to extract as much as it can from its customers. It's also subject to supply demand dynamics.

Iran being heavily sanctioned has only a limited customer base of which China's one of their leading customers whose off take of Iranian crude is practically running their industry.

You take China out of the equation & China will hunt around the world to soak in similar quantities of crude. That shoots up the prices for everyone including the Chinese for reasons explained above.

So the world is benefited from Iranian oil & Chinese buying it from them including India. Cut off Iran & Russian oil from the market & oil prices will easily touch 120-140 USD / barrel if not more leaving the whole world at the mercy of the whims of the Arabs.

Haven't we already been here with the Bangladesh genocide in 1971 by PA which was exclusively about the Hindus forming < 70 % of the victims ?

Something both past & present governments in India sweep under the carpet , something BD characterises as the 1971 genocide without offering specifics & worst of all the Bengali Hindu on both sides of the border especially our side doesn't want to talk about at all except a small section fighting to keep memories alive .

Besides what's new in the west's approach ? They've been consistent in their stand on this issue & other such issues throughout the centuries. It's only now that the ordinary people are waking up to these realities courtesy real time media coverage especially SM.

For once we're in a position to express our opinion & choose sides which is raising the hackles of the entire world be it about the Ukraine war which pitched us against the Eurochumps & now Israel where we're broadly with the Eurochumps against the camel phuckers & Iranian carpet sellers .

Have you checked the green space in India for support to their co religionists in the same spaces ? No ? Well therein lies your answer.

This is just another war by proxy being waged by sub continental religious groups in which Israel , Iran & its proxies happen to be the real players. A decade ago it was Afghanistan & before that Kashmir & before that Bosnia & on & on except SM as we know it today either didn't exist then or was in its formative years.

On an average day It's totally supplyside controlled commodity, it's price will be whatever OPEC wants it to be as per their budgetary predictions.

But if their is an unavoidable slow down in the economies due to monetary policies of various central banks , such artificially inflated oil price (by cutting down production) contribute as double whammy. So these countries have to choose carefully how much they wanna extract without putting the goose into coma. Thats what I meant by fair market driven price.


Iran produces just 3% of the world's oil and gas, which also caters it's own population compare to Russia or Saudi, and China is not Europe who enjoys the currency disparity. So yes China will try to suck, but it won't be able to as conveniently as EU did after Russo Ukraine war. It won't reach 120-140$.

Bottom line is to maintain a buffer zone they need to have an Occupation and ethnic cleanse the place of the Iran-loving Lubanis to the other side of the Litani.
