But shooting them down will cost a2a missile in iraq.
Still most of them will reach Israel and then they will keep sending waves until air defence is overwhelmed.

Iran won't target Paxtan now even if Paxtan is used as a base to mount operations inside Iran. Right now they've plenty on their plate. That'd come later thru its proxies in Paxtan .

The Shi'a community in Paxtan is anywhere between 15-20% which in terms of numbers is anywhere between 35-50 million people. And the Iranian clergy exercises great influence among the sub continental Shi'as as opposed to what they exercise at home which is mostly a function of fear .
