I don't get our love for Iran. Our relationship with Mullah was always transactional and based on geographic compulsions.

Mullah has always been against us. They tried interfering in Kashmir and were poking in our internal affairs "Moslem not safe yada yada". They did a bomb blast in front of Israeli embassy in India.

So, Tell me how was mullah our friend??

Just because in past a shah helped pak doesn't mean we should keep mullah in power. Was Shah the only one who helped porkies?? No, All other islamic countries have continually helped porkies.

So, We should not simp for mullah. Let us be open minded and engage who ever will succeed mullah. They may turn out even better for us than Mullah.
