All the top leadership knew Israel will attack and unlike India they have a history to take out leadership.

Surely some leaders might be changing their locations Continuously. Still got killed which means Israel had real time information of movements of all top scientist and military leaders.

What level of internal sabotage was done to make this possible? It should be very clear to all the mullahs if people are so much against you, nothing will save your ass.

An capability which is very critical for us. On reality SFF, SG, Para SF should operate beyond LAC to target Chinese Air bases in Tibet to degrade the Air base capability. They should be in Myanmar creating chaos to derive useful outcomes for us.

It does beg the question though, does US/China have the capacity to do to Indian nuclear infrastructure what Israel did to Iran's?

We have wide variety of Protective AD defense to protect critical facility. Also we have enough standoff weapons to take out assets on long range. What we lack is limited space bases ISR along with COMJAM, ISTAR and AWACS platform to monitor the sky in case of stirke.

Also having SSBN, we have capability to strike back from unknown locations.

TBH protection against ballistic missile is never guaranteed, detecting them is fairly easy but no fool proof solution exists to destroy them.
