Iran having nuclear weapons is not in India's interest, but Iran is key to India's access to Central Asia, the INSTC corridor, supplies to Afghanistan, and—if sanctions are lifted in the future (which seems impossible in the current scenario)—energy supplies as well as some key minerals. We did a spectacular job when it came to swarm drones and other slow drones. We intercepted over 500 drones every day.
Also we countered a lot of air launched weaponry.
While our achievement was ground breaking in drone warfare we are yet to be fully tested in SRBM defence.
All pakistanis fired was 3 fateh-1/2 missile and 1 Shaheen-1 missile.

How will the new regime be a problem for us ?
We can just buy 20 t 30 billion dollars worth of oil from them, i doubt they will not be pleased by that.
We have good trade with most us puppet states like uk, south korea and japan

If the Iranian regime is changed by the USA, then India will have to compete with Western countries for access to Iran’s oil and energy. Iran would then prioritize three high-paying customers over us: the USA, Europe, and China—because a puppet regime will always serve the interests of those who installed it and it going to give breathing room for Europeans because of there dependency on Russian energy.

Secondly, the Americans would gain control over the entire Middle East, which is not good for India. They would create a lot of trouble in Afghanistan and Central Asia as they begin competing with China and Russia for influence and control over resources. Their support for puppet regimes—often promoting Islamic fanatics—would give such forces a free run from India all the way to Russia, especially among the Muslim populations.

DFB members should think deeply and analytically, rather than just engaging in shallow chest-thumping.
