This is a conspiracy theory. The reality is that US didn't want the nukes to fall into the hands of groups like the Taliban or Al Qaeda, or Iran. That's basically the main reason Porks survived Afghanistan/Bin Laden. The secondary reason being they need them for Iran.
As i pointed out earlier you have to look at what is cause and what is effect. 1.4 billion population is not because our ancestors didn't have any work other than reproduce. It happened because in ancient times itself people moved into sub continent in droves and culture flourished. They didn't come here for rare earths, gas / oil or such which we are probably referring as "Resources" now a days but for the simple fact that they can do farming and use their spare time to pursue arts and literature. Compare that to Canada where vast land doesn't necessarily mean arable but only meant wilderness, punishing living conditions and even today when modern infrastructure is developed which alleviate the punishing weather, governments continue to struggle to make their immigration policies attractive enough to replenish the population density in areas with near arctic conditions. As some one who lived in USA and travelled in Canada enough i can vouch for the fact how depressing the winters can be there. There were days i used to yearn for just seeing Sun rays. That was the main reason i had no hesitation in moving back to Bharat.

No there are various classifications of hydrogen mfg not all of them equally polluting or expensive. Besides mfg of green hydrogen in an economic manner is being pursued with the cost dropping rapidly.
No I don't think those time scales are applicable. I'd go so far as to say by 2047 we should be > 90% EV as far as ALL kinds of automobiles go , if not 100% .
