Has any nation tried to develop a ballistic missile based penetrator (conventional) yet? ICBM class missiles already have a 2000kg throw weight, maybe a modified ICBM with very less range can have >5000 kg throw weight for a penetrator.

There is no need for an ICBM based penetrator.
Nuclear bombs themselves deliver more firepower orders of magnitude higher. Basically a direct hit on Fordow would have been enough to disable it forever.

I know USA-USSR had their ICBMs with nuclear warhead prepped for counter strike on enemy ICBM silos.

But I am talking about a conventional option only.

It wouldn't work as CEP is unacceptable in these cases.
ICBM, in fact any ballistic missile CEP is larger than the requirements in regards to where bunker busting penetration is required.
One can only use guided bombs for that kind of precision.

Yeah I agree, but now a days CEP < 40m is possible.

MOP is definitely better option (cheaper & precise) but not everyone has a B2 or B21.

Nobody's starting WW3 over Iran.

Their capabilities have been laid bare and their launchers are getting hit at will. They've had to resort to shooting freaking flack cannons at F35s and other aircraft.

The most useless generation of Indians in existence. All 4 are 70+ old and death should come quicker to them.

Subhumans saw religious partition and yet played "BHAICHARA" with Indian mullas thereby rendering the partition useless and giving mullas enough breathing space to expand again.

All this screeching from them is due to the pain of Secularism being thrown into the dustbin by a large section of Hindus. Basically pain of their agenda being not accepted by majority of Hindus.
