At this point, with Americans having formally entered the war, I would be very very surprised if there is no regime change. It is simple common sense that if the regime is allowed to survive then they will move heaven and earth to build the nuclear bomb. You can set their timelines back but if they happen to persist then they will eventually with increased vigour will build the bomb at all costs. I forsee with 100% certainty a regime change coming in Iran or the mullah regime will be neutered to a point where they will be forced to sign on the dotted line and the West will make them bend the knee.

another way, this could play out is that this was a negotiated action where choices given to Iran are lose both nuclear enrichment facilities and the regime, or lose enrichment facilities and keep the regime, and Iran negotiated for the second option. we will know based on their retaliation targets.
