Israel actually didn't show any failures beyond the ones based on chance or due to saturated AD systems.

Iran on the other hand clearly saw all of it's weaknesses and a civilian could tell them what they need to fix. Given enough time, Iran could actually hold out longer and inflict actual casualties to Israel. Providing outdated AD systems to aligned militias in Syria and Iraq would be a good start, just to inhibit freedom of movement for Israeli refuellers.

Having proper AD systems with trained troops who don't run and leave them out in the open would be a good idea too.

The biggest thing Iranian need to do is purge Mossad cells within their country.

The biggest weakness of Israel is its physical size, they seriously need more area otherwise it's so easy to destroy them once you bypass their AD. Everyone thought their AD is impenetrable but we saw what saturation did. They need serious work on their AD and need them in good quantity.

But for now It can be said that Israel is safe till USA is safe due to their biblical superstitions about Jews. For now they can work on better AD and other weapons. Later they might not get chances. I also think that they should look out for some other settlement areas for emergency situations, though it's my half cooked thought.
