Came to find out that we don't seem like to have our satellite in orbit to watch stubble burning but depends on NASA polar satellites to do checking.

Things can become great if we had Geo satellites but apparently I don't understand what is happening? We do have satellites mapping Paikhanastanis Lahore, then how is this region missing? Or maybe we don't have enough Geostationary satellites focused on Lahore.

Even if we might have maybe it is with another ministry and thanks to either strategic nature or bureaucracy stupidity, datas are not being transferred.

GISAT is what we looking forward but it keeps on delaying

It also aims to identify vulnerabilities in the conduct of operations in the event of denial or disruption of space-based services. It will have participants from the Defence Space Agency and its allied units along with personnel from the three defence forces.

Specialist branches under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff viz Defence Cyber Agency, Defence Intelligence Agency and Strategic Forces Command would also be active participants in the exercise. Representatives from the Isro and the DRDO will also take part in this exercise.
 
Why are not other countries using PSLVs? They are cheaper than Falcon 9 rockets.
