Afaik sidearms are not standardly issued to regulars, also they are not really well trained with them , bayonets and blades are their sidearms .
Officers and some armor and supplies men are do issued with OFB 9mm ( which most absolutely despise due to its unreliability and low firepower ) . From what I have heard personally , supplies men used to prefer carry rifles instead of them .

The fact that their argument for not having a sidearm and having a bayonet instead is because we have to do CQB is so funny.
