This is the result of various procurements took place in every other decade by different governments & military leaderships due to lack of aquisition policy & budget value. That's applicable to every equipment type. Plus many are unaware of firearms swap between IA-JKP, BSF-IA & CAPF-JKP. It's a Khichadi without a recipe.
