The NAL Saras and RTA Programme is a significant initiative in India's aerospace sector, spearheaded by the National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL). The Saras is a 19-seat light transport aircraft designed for regional connectivity, while the Regional Transport Aircraft (RTA) programme aims to develop a modern, fuel-efficient aircraft for short-haul operations. These projects are part of India's push for self-reliance in aviation technology codice fiscale online, enhancing the country's capability to produce indigenous aircraft.
